French Route planner with custom speeds?

Does anyone know if there is a computer route planner which allows you to customise the speed?  Via Michelin allows caravan/car speed limits but I want to keep my car at 70mph on French motorways (like most of the French seem to) rather than pelting down on the 130kmh limit when I'm not towing...

    On French motorways the lorries travel at 90kph about 58 mph. Sometimes they have lorry races when one, travelling marginaly faster then another, will overtake blocking a two-lane road for some time. As a caravanner, or motorhomer over 3.4 tonnes, you will
    have to stay on the inside lane with the camions except when overtaking.

    70mph is too slow to expect the stay cruising in the second or middle lane: you'll need to be doing about 75 with bursts to 80 and beyond unless you want grief from the locals!

    However, if you are German and are towing your caravan with a big brutal 4x4 you can barrel on down the autoroute at any speed.Laughing

    Typo in our contribution, 3.4 should have 3.5 as AD points out. As we're within the 3.5 limit, we can boost all the way to 130kph to get clear of clumps of camions and caravansHappy

    The OP is referring to speeds when he is not towing.

    Are you sure? There seems to be a degree of ambiguity, and given that this is a caravanning website........
