How far South do we need to go?

I have two weeks holiday available to take at easter, how far South do you think we need to go to stand half a chance of some decent weather?

We were thinking of the northern med area - Barcelona for example is doable in the timescale but the very south of spain wouldn't be.

What do you think? would it be 2 miserable weeks in the cold & wet or a chance of a bit of sun.
