Overnight stops in Spain with large twin axle van

I am having problems finding sites close to the AP7 to stay overnight en route to Benidorm at the end of April. I have an 8 metre long, twin axle van and 2 dogs. I have the latest cc touring Spain guide and ACSI guide but most sites seem to be on the coast
or don't accept large vans.  Has anyone got any suggestions? We don't really want to drive more than approx 200 miles per day. Is it safe to stay on motorway services?
