Does anyone fancy joining a group to do a tour in company of Southern Ireland? 3 or 4 weeks in June & July 2025, stopping at 4 sites, staying at each 3 or 4 days?
we are looking at the south west for an Easter school holiday break. We did look at steamer Quay, but appears more suitable for motorhomes rather than caravans. weāre looking at Ramslade, as weāve already been to hillheadā¦ would be interested in peopleās thoughts on any other club site options in the areaā¦
Looking at somewhere to go at Easter for a family trip, thinking south somewhere but would consider further. Ideally with some days out opportunities for the kids. Recommendations please!
Just a big thanks to the owners at Fairoaks. I had an issue my my motorhome (self inflicted) as I was about to leave. I had to stay 2 hours over the check out time and they not only assisted but were great about it all. Great toilets and showers... 200m from a great pub that does amazing food and 800m to Cheshire oaksā¦
I could not park our car and caravan at a motorway service area today, purely because several of the limited number of long parking bays marked āCARAVANSā were occupied by single (short) motorhomes. The Club re-branded itself to emphasise the difference between touring caravans (i.e. being towed by a motor vehicle) andā¦
Hi we have just returned from a 4 night stay at your touring site in Minehead, at Ā£32.40 per night and two of the four days have not been told that there are tree surgery 25 meters from our pitch we would not of stayed, also the red gravel on the pitches have stained our carpets, who on earth decided to put that down, weā¦
weāre thinking of doing the Northern 500. We know the eastern roads, but are not sure about the west side of Scotland. We have a twin axle caravan . Standard width but 23 foot long. Any advise about which roads if any we should avoid. Thanks.
