Hello, ive just ordered my first ever caravan. So much to learn! I’m trying to find a porch awning that won’t cover the windows, having read to try and avoid this. Does anyone have a 590 and found a suitable size porch awning fitted from the rear of the van? Thank you in advance.
Hi fellow tourers, I have just been told by a caravan and motorhome repair and accessories shop that they do not advise me to use a petrol generator for everyday us while touring as they can damage the electric circuit in my motorhome,does anyone know if this is true as I am about to by one.??!!
As the distance between the caravan and services varies so much on pitches can you recommend the length of hose, or hoses to be purchased to enable connection to be made on most serviced pitches. The same goes for the waste pipe(s). Recommendations of brands will also be helpful.

Hi all, just returned to a caravan after trying motorhoming for the third time. One thing we did love about the motorhome was the wind out canopy awning that was up in a minute or so. any body using the caravan club garmin satnav , is it worth over £300 or is there other types just as good , we have got a acsi card which the club sat nav has their sites listed which is handy and the map updates are done with out the computer ,so any feedback would help thanks Moderator Comment - Moved from the Story…
