Richard died today aged 76. He was an original member of ELO. Everyone will remember him from Mr Blue Sky. RIP
So sad to hear of his death. A brilliant mind and an amazing writer. Also a nice person by all accounts. He must have done so much work and research for his books. So sad that he died just days before Disney aired his book on TV and that he didn’t get to finish his last book due to ill health. A very clever writer.

Sad news that Franz Beckenbauer has passed away today at the age of 78. So soon after we lost Bobby Charlton, two giants of the game who will always be remembered for their outstanding performances in "that" cup final. Two great gentlemen of the game are gone - we won't see their like again. Franz Beckenbauer RIP.
