Another sports legend has passed away far too soon at the age of 77, Mike Proctor the great South African fast bowler. He would no doubt have been one of cricket's greatest test match bowlers had SA not been barred from playing international matches during the apartheid period. He is regarded as Gloucestershire 's greatest overseas player, having spent 14 seasons playing for the county.
