Having seen a neighbour on site with a 45 yr membership badge I wondered how these are obtained? Apart from the obvious being a member for 45 yrs. Do they get issued on passing a milestone if so which ones 10, 20, 30? anyone know??
On reading the Club Site rules recently I noticed (para 2) that: The Caravan Code, The Countryside Code and Club site rules are things you've already agreed to follow as a member. But on searching online for exactly what 'The Caravan Code' was, it was nowehere to be found on the Club Website, so I asked the Enquiries Team…
Hi All, I have been looking through the classified to find some accessories. Unless I am missing something buying prices are not being put on the adverts correctly; Several ads show the price as £0.00 but right at the end of the description the true cost is given. I assume this is to get their whole advertisement read.…
The ticket price as shown with the discount for members do not apply after the show as opened. But is not set out as that in the magazine advert. So, this is your opportunity folks, to raise points direct to the board. There's plenty (in fact there's BUCKET LOADS) of folk, never more willing to complain behind the safety of their keyboard and internet connection, but who's got the guts to stick it to the floor for open debate? ***when the time comes, the room will…
The club has to be applauded for recognising the need for Motorhomers to feel included. The re-branding costs have been nothing compared to the warm fuzzy feeling and sense of belonging that Motorhomes now have. However, and I am sure this is unintentional, what about those owning the 'block of flats'? i.e. the American…
Very surprised about the club name change as the first I became aware of it was when I received my renewal notice which I almost binned without reading as I thought it was junk mail. The renewal notice made no reference to the name change and seemed to assume I knew all about it If a notification of this event was sent out…
