Hi! I'm completely new to caravanning. I bought a swift corniche 15/2 from 2009 and I'm trying to space save and be organised. Is there a way to mount a TV bracket with arm in a caravan. I'd like to have it on the wall in the image but unsure if it would be stable.
In January my wife and I finally decided to swap our motorhome for a caravan. We chose a Bailey unicorn Madrid and on the 9th February, before the NEC show we placed an order with "Raymond James" and given a build date of 27th April and delivery the first week of May. On 5th May I phoned to get a progress report and after…
Hi have recently purchased my first caravan and it came with 2 of the above gas bottles, one practically empty the other full. I never camp with EHU as I’m generally in a field in the middle of nowhere, just an Elsan point and drinking water tap provided. I can’t get hold of these bottles for replacement, seems they have…
We have a 2008 Swift Group van, so appliances are getting elderly now. We have recently been away and everything seemed to be working properly, but a few days ago the van was in for service and the dealer's electrician reported that the battery charger was not working properly as the output was only 11.7 volts. However,…
The top of the jockey wheel has come out of the tube on the a frame. Jamming when I try to push it down again. One obstacle seems to be the bracket used to tighten it in place I can loosen it so far. ANy idea if I have to shift any catch out of the way to get it down. Moderator Comment - Moved from the Story Section

Went out today and had left water boiler on...Real-time temp in high 30's...car showed outside temp of 44 after being sat in direct sun for 10 minutes. Boiler is sited on the nearside of the caravan which was also in direct sun. Ran some hot…
Just changed caravan and back from our first trip with the new van. All good apart from tv reception issues especially when mobile phones were in use or even just switched on. Same tv as before and tried new co- ax cables. TV tuned in ok, over 200 freeview channels found, worked fine with phones off, and works fine at home…
Noticed that the Whale submersible pump is pulsing when opening the hot tap but runs smooth when on cold, consequently the hot flow is less than the hot. Also there is always a small amount of water in the inlet socket when removing the connector. Just read the Bailey manual and it says there are 3 golden rules Re the pump…
