I've a purpleline ego motor Mover fitted toy van. Works ok but..... Only when I am within an inch or 2 of the control unit. Any idea how to improve this as it makes difficult to navigate when using. I've taken to actually touch the remote against the van wall to ensure I don't fall out of range but then I'm blind to…

He has just tried out the water pump and can get nothing more…

I would like to trickle charge my van battery while it is in situ in the external van battery box. Can this be done by plugging a trickle charger into the onboard cigar lighter socket ? Can anyone please suggest a method if this wont work.

It made me wonder if battery boxes are vented? Can't say I've ever given it any thought. The van in question is a 2014 Swift Challenger Sport. Grateful for any advice.
Is it better to heat your unit over winter or leave it cold . It seems black mould is killed by freezing temperatures but the unit may become damp or heat it (if so to what temperature) and stand the cost . Any thoughts please
