I've booked some sites in France this year on my maiden euro voyage.

Some are asking for a euro adapter for my ehu.

Any ideas... Pictures would be helpful 😂

This is a link to my website which probably covers most of what you need to know.

A very few sites in France have old style EHU sockets and you will require an adapter like in the photo. However, it is now only the minority. Most have the type of socket you are used to. This is a European standard and it may well be that it is the standard socket that is being referred to, as many of the French use an adapter to connect to them. You of course wouldn’t as your EHU lead already has the correct plug.

Generally it is only the smaller, often old municipal sites that have the old style sockets. Of the 20 locations we stopped last year that had EHU, only one had the old sockets. However, given the small cost, well worth getting one from Amazon.

Had to add photo below, as forgot to add it and it does not seem to let you add as an edit.
