New member trying to make a booking

Hello all,

New member here lovely to meet you all and thank you for any help in advance giving.

I am a new motor home owner picking our new motorhome up next week after it has been serviced before we accept it to check all is working as should. having a look at the site and was looking to make a little weekend booking to test things out etc i have paid for my membership and been send a digital member card etc however when i am going to check out my basket and pay it is saying i need to become a member and adding membership to my basket despite me being a member and logged in???

am i doing something wrong my end (most likely lol)

    Welcome to the club.

    Suggest you try phoning the club in the morning to sort out what's going on.

    @rosschris10 This might seem silly but have you set up log in information on the Club's main website. It sounds as if you have tried to book as a non member. You will need to set up log in information (which is different to this forum). Once set up you can check your profile to check your status. Go to this page and go to Log in or Register.

    Thank you both what it was i did not add my outfit once i added my motorhome (we purchased yesterday) it is letting me check out with the member discount without adding the membership :D
