What time zone are we in?
About 6:35 pm, i.e. just a few minutes ago, I posted a comment about motorbike insurance. But the time stamp showed 1:08 pm.
What's going on?

I do wish they would use a 24 hour clock. I know it says am and pm but a 24 hour clock would be easier?

I Believe the Americans use the 12hour clock and can find our 24 hour system confusing, As a radio ham making contacts around the world all contacts are logged in what we call GMT so if I contacted a guy in the US who lets say is 5 hours behind the UK he would also log the contact in GMT so our logbooks match and come the summertime the clock in my shack also will remain on GMT

And the company supplying the software for this forum is American.

Well that explains why it is such a hotch potch of a system, with all the unnecessary bells and whistles.😁
The time also disappears to be replaced by the date it was posted once it has gone midnight.
