Coachman caravan - fabric fading

I would be interested to know if any other Coachman caravan owner has noticed that their seating cushions have faded. Our Coachman VIP seating fabric faded within 15 months from new; on contacting the manufacturer they stated that there was nothing wrong with the fabric and yes it had faded, but that was due to prolonged exposure to sunlight. I have calculated that its exposure to sunlight would be circa 25 days; blinds are drawn for the remainder of that period when not in use.

They suggested that I keep the blind drawn to prevent further fading- REALY!

    Socked in on Bute at the moment,  that sunshine must be a bummer.
