Crit'air problem....

Has anyone had an issue with being issued an incorrect Crit'air classification?

Their website clearly shows my MH as a class 2 and i completed the application just assuming that's what they'd send me. Today i get the email showing that I've been classified as a 4 - on a 2021 Euro 6 vehicle !

Obviously I've emailed them and hope they understand and correct it, but wondered if anyone else had come across the same problem?

    I assume you sent them a copy of your registration certificate. Did it have the emission details included. If not that maybe the reason? When I applied I think they downgraded my vehicle purely based on its age and not what the registration certificate said,
