    Hi there is a major ongoing problem with the app and the web site .

    I have had numerous conversations with the club originally they denied it but then came back blaming members devices.

    there web and app designers feed the club staff with denials but the truth is the site is not fit for purpose

    It is a bit strange that some members seem to have loads of issues and yet many don't including myself fortunately. Most of my access to the website, both booking and generally, are done on a Windows PC using Chrome and apart from it sometimes being slow or there being server errors I have very few issues. Anecdotal evidence does seem to suggest that some systems do seem to have more problems that others, although that should not be an excuse for not sorting it out! Its often useful to note what OS you are using as sometimes others on the forum can help.

    I also have very few problems using a Windows PC using either Firefox or Edge browsers to access the Club's site. It running at a much better speed right now than it was a few days ago.

    I use either window pc with chrome, windows 11. Or I pad with safari, what ever the most up to dat iOS is. Main problems are server errors or speed. I rarely access after 8 pm so don’t encounter the overnight issues.

    iPad and Safari and the site is running really well today🤞🤞🤞.

    Perhaps the overnight downtime this week has achieved something🤔

    i think we spoke too soon! Multiple errors today and very difficult to read anything on CT. Rest of the site seems ok.

    Same here,  almost impossible to navigate. Discussions isn’t work at all and latest activity only 1 time in 10. Booking side does seem functional though, although I haven’t tried to make one.
