Does anyone have experience of caravan storage in the Newton Abbot area?

We're moving to Teignmouth and looking for for somewhere to keep our outfit between trips.

Nick

I did a quick Google search because a relative stored his van in that area but it was 30 years ago and things have moved on. I did find one storage site - see photo but whether it’s to be recommended, I don’t know.

    Have you tried CASSOA?

Club site Dornafield, just outside Newton Abbot, has a large outdoor storage area (or had before CAMC bought it).

Dornafield club site if it hasn't already will be cassoa gold standard or Ramslade club site which is currently gold but soon to be platinum cassoa standard.

    Many thanks for your replies.

I hadn't heard of Cassoa, and via their site I found a location at Stover near Newton Abbot. We visited their location on Saturday.

Really friendly site owner, I'll be over wintering there on a non-access spot and am on his w/l for a normal year round space.

Glad you found somewhere. Storage at a Cassoa location often brings insurance discounts depending on its grading.

The club site at Stover adjacent to the Country Park is a good one and handy for Trago. Enjoy Teignmouth.
