We have a 2016 Lunar Clubman CK. Currently on a serviced pitch and water is leaking from the Ultraflow. When we switch to using the aqua roll water leaks from the hose even when we are not calling for water. All the O rings are in place ( and sound) and the switch under the bed is on the “ up” position. Suggestions please.

if the water is leaking back down the inlet hose into the aqua roll and not externally ,it is possibly that  the built in non return valve in the housing is not working and possibly has some scale trapped in it ,the bad news is that it cannot be accessed to clean it ,best to fit an external non return valve  also lubricate the connector  O rings with a small amout of cooking oil or margerine good luck

A tube of silicone grease is best for rubber seals and it’s cheap to buy. It’ll make it easier to insert/ remove the connector, while improving the seal. And it won’t degrade like organic lubricants.

Also check the filter housing above the outlet is not cracked and loosing water - we had to replace the whole Ultraflow filter housing unit to stop the leaking.

Ihad to do the same as there was a hairline crack in the housing whilst away in the van in scotland ,luckly I found a dealer that had one in stock it was a 100mile round trip to collect it but it only took about half an hou to replace it...
