Downloading a handbook

I have just paid 10 pound to Josh at Caravan Archives to download a Fleetwood Colchester handbook and nothing came through for me, is this a scam, has anybody heard of this guy, I am unable to find a contact E mail or Tel number.

    On the surface it seems a very useful site. Can I ask how you paid and was the delivery by email? It seems that someone has gone to a lot of trouble to list all the various handbooks if it is a scam. I could of course be wrong. I can't see any information on who owns the site on WHOIS as its listed as private and the domain is registered via a US company called GoDaddy, that is not unusual.
