Is anyone else having problems with this. I keep getting this message - Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information). Have emailed club, but they have not responded

I had the issue recently when using the app. Despite the club taking the system down several times, it didn't fix the app.....until I fully Deleted User it and reloaded it, now OK.
However, similar searches using the club website rather than the app are still causing problems...I did a Euro site search earlier this week and it failed repeatedly.
switching to the newly reloaded app did the trick.

I take it back.....both app and website giving exception errors.
just reloads app onto phone and iPad and seems to work....website can't be 'reloaded' easily and clearing cache on an iPad does more than that...removes auto password entry, from memory?
removes history, cookies and other browsing data....unless you know an easy way Steve?

It does remove all history and cookies, but I don’t mind that, I find it needs doing periodically anyway or the pad starts slowing down. As far as the auto password entry is concerned, my pad has fingerprint recognition, so it only takes seconds to log back in again.

In the meantime, until it’s fixed, you can search by map on PitchUp, or UKCampsite, or other similar websites and apps. There’s always another way.

This one does too...perhaps I haven't dumped cache on this one as the old one did mean lots of re typing...perhaps I'll give it a go...
I don't think this iPad slows down at all TBH...except when using CT.....I'd not see removing cache as a required housekeeping process....yet.
I even got 'server error' when editing this post...👎 there has to be something fundamentally awry with this infrastructure/application as I can't think of ANY other website I use that collapses with such regularity.
if it were a really complex graphic driven site one might be a little more sympathetic...🤷🏻♂️
