is it possible to stay on a stellplatz with a car and caravan

    Sometimes but not always. You need to look at the info for each one seaparetely.

    What you have to remember is that even on those that accept caravans you won't get much room so it's unlikely you will be able to park connected up side by side. Is there a reason for wanting to use a Stellplatz rather than a campsite?

    Current stellplatz are charging 25 to 30 euros inclusive of 6A electric so it may not be worthwhile. Those without electric are much cheaper.
