Unable To Book Online

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but the new booking system is not working for me!

I select the site I want, enter outfit details, number of people etc and the arrival / departure dates. I then press continue, scroll past the special requests and tick the terms and conditions box. When I click quick checkout a red warning comes up saying The Field TowHeight must be between 1000 and 5000. 

This also happens if I click the continue button and then press skip and continue at the book a tent pitch page.

Am I doing something wrong?

    Update

    I can book if I do not use my saved outfit details during the booking process and add the size of the caravan in manually.

    Progress.

    Glad you found a solution although the whole business of adding heights should be sorted by CAMC. The booking system was adapted from an overseas ferry booking format which also includes dates of birth etc. needed for foreign travel. The extra IT work needed to adjust all this and make it fit for purpose must be at a considerable cost to the company.

    It's always easier to sign in first as the details will appear automatically.

    I didn't have a problem booking sites a few weeks ago but when trying my latest booking the problem appeared.

    Still it is sorted now until the next time!

    Just trying to book a site for the first time on new system.  Exactly the same comes up as you found.  How do you put sizes in manually?  This is driving me mad.  As soon as I start to type Bailey in it comes up with my caravan automatically.  No help on chat, it doesn't understand my Question.  I suppose the only solution is to phone on Monday.  Millie x
