WTG, we've stayed at the main site and enjoyed it but I haven't seen the Camper Area. I couldn't even find it on google maps..however the website seems have been updated since I last looked and I've found some detail now. Looks like €19 a night incl wifi, 16A EHU, pool etc...
however, I have a vague recollection TG may have seen/used it??
I'll watch this thread as we will almost certainly be heading south of Valencia as part of our Feb/March tour.
I've also previously mentioned the camper stop at Xeraco which has had plenty of good comment and is nearby. Again, worth checking out.

I just did a dummy booking which was €19. I then added the electricity at €5 but it didn't change either the total amount not the total of the deposit plus balance.
I would have expected the electricity to be included at €19 but you never know these days. BP certainly has 4kw included in its pitch price, or a lower price and use the meter costings.
be good to hear from the site via your mailed enquiry.
jist checked the ACSI website and it mentions 176 pitches and 'with your CampingCard ACSI you can camp on one of the pitches during the following periods: 01-01-2023 - 06-04-2023.....' so I think that's on the normal pitches for €23, in which case the camper area must be €19 incl leccy??

WTG, I last used the camper area in 2018. The pitches are quite small, maybe 9 meters deep by about 4 meters wide but you can use all the site facilities. My own view is they are fine for a short stay even though you might feel hemmed in a bit. The Aire entrance is on the left just before you get to reception and is opposite a restaurant. See pictures of the area attached, right click to open in a larger view. Hope this helps.

Snatched this off Google maps, the arrow shows the entrance to the Aire.

We stayed on Kiko's aire about 5 years ago for 3 nights in February on our way down to Marjal - we didn't book it in advance.
We were parked on the second pitch opposite the aire entrance and it was quite spacious for our 8 metre MH. In fact, for a short stay, we preferred it to the main site as we could walk the dog without first walking through the site, it was close to the site shop and the local restaurant (for a Pollo Asado) and the driveover waste point and fresh water supply was right in front of us. There was also a short cut to one of the facilities blocks on the main site.
I seem to recall that we paid less than 20€ per night with electric included.
All in all, for a few nights stay, I would recommend the aire. The only downside, if I remember correctly, is that you can't actually book the aire in advance.

Thanks WTG, I was leaning towards this case because in the photo I cannot see the orange cable snaking its way across the front of my van to the left hand side from the bollard. The price also seems to have remained at 19 euros p.n. for the past 5 years so just shows you the effect electricity costs have on pitch prices. You quote the current price as 38 euro p.n. to stay on the main site, back in 2017 I used the main site for a longer stay and paid £20.77p.n. (24 or 25 euros), I don't have a record of the exact rate of exchange at the time but that was a lot less than 38 euros!

Afaik, The ACSI price (from their webpage) for the main site is €23 which must include 4kw of electric..which makes the camper area look expensive??
the ACSI period runs from now right into April.
other then for July and August, check out the Xeraco site and prices, a positive bargain with non-EHU prices from €12.50 for the shortest stays and with EHU at €18.
also right near the beach

one of your booked sites is probably one we've also booked as it's a favourite over wintering site.
we book a rough window with them for the following year each time we leave but we rarely end up having the exact dates but they are so accommodating and will switch dates on an email.
better to have the slot than not.

Hi WTG, we were there back in October as YT mentioned, we popped in for a look see.
We were staying at a site just a bit further down the coast and cycled up to Kiko.
We had previously stayed at Kiko on one of the comfort pitches which were about €23 then. Good sized pitches.
They have completely revamped the left hand side of the site where the standard pitches are. It's much improved, they have removed the tall hedges altogether and planted nicer smaller ones. The pitches look to be a bit bigger than before and they have resurfaced them, also installed curb edge stones and proper roads.
The Camper area is on the left as you approach Kiko just before the shop and restaurant. We had a look at it while we were there. The pitches are smaller than the site pitches but still of a good size. It appeared to be more shady there due to the number of large trees, I would think in summer that would be a bonus maybe not so much at this time of year. As to ehu etc I'm not sure but I think you have the answer now.

WTG, we stayed at Camping Ole which is just a bit further south of Kiko Park.
Easy to cycle into Oliva or back towards Kiko, we also cycled to Denia.
Ole is a big site, we've stayed there a few times now and like it.
We have never booked in advance and always got in no problem and that's in October. It is Acsi. Pitches are a good size and hedged on 3 sides.
Right on the beach like Kiko, in fact you can walk along the beach between the 2 sites.
