How do you get an emissions sticker for Spain

Hi, I've sorted my emissions sticker for France but am really struggling with the internet to get one for Spain. Do I actually need one for a UK registered car?

    The stickers for Spain only apply if you will be driving in large cities. Will you?

    I found a website on which to register your vehicle as a first step - in order to be allowed to pay €6 and apply for a sticker as the next step, but then it said they don’t post out the stickers to foreign addresses.

    So perhaps you can try out the system and let us all know how you get on.
