Swivel seat replacement

Hi we have a 20 year old Rapido on Fiat Ducato base van and the front swivel seats are now very uncomfortable and in need of replacement, however we have looked everywhere on line and are unable to find any UK retailers other than ebay that offer any for sale, there are plenty that offer seat covers but not actual seats. Does anyone know where we can get any? Many thanks

    Have you tried some scrapyards? It's possible for accident damaged vans with good seats to be scrapped.

    Alternatively, you could investigate having your seats reupholstered.

    Yes we have tried various scrapyards and breaker yards to no effect, unfortunately the seats are too far gone to be reupholstered i.e out of shape and parts missing. But thanks for your reply

    Most seats that are on swivels are normally reupholstered bas vehicles seats with the swivels fitted  try a scrapyard that has older model commercial vehicles in

    Being a simple chap I googled “Buy Swivel Seat for Motorhome”  There didn’t seem to be an immediate shortage but perhaps they are not exactly what you want.

    A quick Google finds seat foams for various vans .... not especially cheap, but available. If there are foams around there must be covers for them.
