Any others involved, getting involved? Something to do whilst staying on a C&MC site? They really need our help!

I did the daily recording last year, as I was bought membership as a present. Will be doing this as well. We have had quite a few kinds this year, love to see them. But our garden is planted to attract insects of one sort and another, buddleia, lavenders, nepeta, etc….

So far have seen usual suspects, whites, brimstone, peacock, speckled wood, holly blue, commas, but no red admirals or tortoiseshells at home yet. They are a delight to have around. Not so keen on the plant munching caterpillars though.

    I haven’t done moths🤔

That’s a fabulous list OP. Not a good enough day today for our count, warm but very strong winds. We did have GV white,(4) Holly Blue and a Gatekeeper, so a bit of variety. Need a sunny, less windy day.
