Hi all , not certain if this is the correct forum but has anyone ever used Roseland Storage in Cornwall to store their caravan ? They seem to have been established a long time but very few reviews on line.

Sorry, I’d not heard of them until now and I live not that far away so can’t give you any info.

    There's a related thread running here -

Portscatho - where the lanes are very narrow in places.

Portscatho is a lovely place but as Tinwheeler say's the lanes are very, very narrow and I would not be comfortable towing a Caravan around there. It is an in and out little road. I would certainly Google Earth any storage you anticipate using before going.

The storage facility will have required planning permission and consideration of highway access and impact will have been a part of granting consent. You can either get a caravan there or you can’t, there isn’t a half way position. If you are looking for storage in the Roseland area you could also try Tretham Mill caravan site who offer storage - be prepared for tight access road albeit used by hundreds of caravanners each year.

Mmm, agreed, but we're talking about Roseland Storage at Portscatho, not other places.  😗😄

Agreed there are narrow lanes everywhere, Porthscatho itself is not a place for Caravans though . We had a property there for many years so I know it well.

We've stayed at the Treloan site at Portscatho, it wasn't a problem to get there when we had a caravan. Don't know anything about Roseland storage. Earlier in the year we were on a CL (Chygwyne) near CAMC Carnon Downs, both these sites do storage. smile
