Hi, I'm new to caravaning  and need help I please.

I have a 2009 Bailey senator wyomming twin axle. It has a alko tow hitch with some kind of brake disc in it, also a electric brake system......a green led comes on.

I just bought a 2011 ww Touareg 3ltr v6. At some  point the car has had a tow  bar fitted and electrics, but the hook part is missing......its not in the boot either as I have checked.

I have enclosed a photo of the bar part, but what should or make would locate I  the bar.

Kind regards

Gary

My only suggestion is to contact the people from whom you purchased the tow-car.

If purchased from a dealer can they go back to whoever sold/traded it in to them and ask them if they still have the towball?

    Good luck.

I feel sure any towbar fitter would be able to supply the missing part but make sure they know you have an Alko tow hitch and require the matching hook and ball.

The green led on the hitch is ATC .... a kind of ABS for your caravan.

For the missing detachable bit, I'd ask at a local tow bar fitting place, they might be able to identfy the make for you .... it'd give you a starting point. You might have to replace the whole thing though

All swan neck & detachable bars are compatable with an Alko hitch.
