You’ve been lucky or I’ve been unlucky, but I couldn’t get hold of them for days by phone (constantly engaged or email) and I wanted to give them some money! Others have posted on here with similar experiences.
Don’t get me wrong, I like BF and have been a customer for many years. I was really disappointed and frustrated. I did modify and update my feedback once contacted by a BF staff member who instantly solved my problem. A bit harsh maybe, but if I hadn’t who knows how long I’d been waiting on the phone listening to musak!
