New toilet fluid

I have just been reading about a new environmentally friendly toilet fluid being promoted on a FB group called Solbio. Apparently it was launched at the NEC show this year, it has no chemicals so is ok to use on cl's with septic tanks.

I use green fluid in the loo and this sounds to be a good replacement. It costs £24.99 for 40 doses which is better value than my present fluid.

I'm just looking to see if others have tried it and what you think.

Why not just use Lidl's Formil bio pods. About a quarter of the price you quote.

Does work well apart from laundrette smell in the toilet.

A quick spray round the toilet bowl with a scented Zolflora soon eliminates that.

    Yes, or that pink stuff.

But that doesn't smell as pleasant, and can result in the dreaded black bits. Water with a splash of Zolflora is all I use in the flush tank now.

We use Thetford Aqua kem sachets.  Dont like the liquids.  I know the sachets work out more expensive, but over the course of a year it is not that much.

Are laundry bio pods oK for septic tanks?  I have certainly been told they are not by one septic tank owner when having a conversation about this - as you do!
