    It might be a lovely CL but it's not a large house/bungalow and the site isn't huge, so it seems a tad excessive at that price.

    Wonder if it has a 'local resident' condition on it as lots of property up there. 

     

    Does seem costly for the condition and size of it. But then again its real worth is what someone will pay for it.

    We’ve been going to this CL for over 30 years. Central location for so many walks. Given the extent of the buildings, including the workshop I’d say its a very reasonable price for the location. The late owner was the local undertaker and joiner and arranged Donald Campbell’s funeral. Hopefully the new owners will retain the CL.
