Campsites from Calais to MONACO

We are travelling from CALAIS TO Monaco in early May, we would like campsites near places of interest along that route, maybe stop 3 different stops along the way, has anyone any suggestions please .

    You could have a look here I assume you will be going down the central route through France which is the most direct route to Monaco. If you scroll down the page you will see a map of the route with numbered along that route linked to campsite reviews of site we have stayed at our the years if it helps.

    I was going to write a list of “places of interest” but decent guide books have done it already.

    You could do worse than have a look at The Most Beautiful Villages in France website, which includes an interactive map.

    I have found some real gems on my travels and many of them have MH Aires which cater for the overnight visitor (or longer).
