Horrendously slow again at 7am today. Latest activity page goes blank when refreshed, changed tabs as I got fed up with the wait. It did eventually appear refreshed and updated, but who knows how long it took?

Very poor again today. Not been able to get anything to load (even the booking site) on several occasions. CT even when I can get in is horrendously slow. Perhaps CT isn’t that important to them but you would think they might make a bit more effort on the main website. If they introduce the new system into the current level of website functionality, it is likely to be an resounding flop. Given the levelling of the playing field with the opposition, that is likely to result in a significant loss of business.

Truly awful again today, every time you go to a page you have try 3 or 4 times and its sooooooooooooooo slow. Come on IT department sort it or your service provider out, its just not good enough, I know you get no revenue from this site however you have the potential to lose it if enough people get peed off and go elsewhere.....
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Clearly it’s doing no good complaining here, despite Ro's words in her OP.
The answer may be to make a complaint to the top. Do that if you all feel it’s worth the effort involved.

Much much much slower, didn't think that was possible! Server error after 2 minute plus wait to post a reply, then reply appears when I come back 20 minutes or more later. Never known a website like ut, and I worked in local government who weren't brilliant at it, BUT NEVER as bad as this.....
For a multi million pound business it is an appalling advert of business if I wanted to book a site I'd choose others znd I'm glad we're no longer members!

That will be the only way to solve these issues👍🏻. Whoever calls the shots has their attitude percolate down the heirarchy, if it was a dynamic attitude we’d not be suffering the same old same old for years🤷🏻♂️

I notice there’s a very negative review on TP now from someone who tried to use website to join. So it’s not just CT that’s a problem.

Just checked out trustpilot very quickly after takethedogalong comment.
Shocked every post gets an acknowledgement 😱😱😱 and it mentions passing comment to IT.
Here not even a thread, started by the club, warrants a response, let aline a personal one. Speaks volumes........
Once again server errors, hanging etcetera before the 'working day' starts.....

I am sure members that have attended the Show will surely have brought this subject up and what the responses from Rowena and others are. Even an Ostrich when burying his head in the sand comes up for air. Also what power do Moderators have?, they in their wisdom judge and remove posts! can they influence the powers that be to rectify this problem.
