    I have it running on my phone but it's rejecting my credentials if I try to run it on my Android tablet.

    Why?

      Is it running the same version of the operating system as the phone? The first thing I would do is delete it, reinstall and try again.

      No problem on either my phone or tablet. Phone is running Android version 10 and tablet is running Android version 7.

      As SL says try reloading it.

      No problem for my phone.  I use the sites app frequently and have always manage to sign in, book and access information.  In fact, I prefer using the app on my phone to using the website on the laptop.  I can find serviced pitches better on the app as there is an option in the search facility.
