Apologies Steve, I missed it. Yes, you are right, it is Lower Wensleydale. That’s the area half way down the hill, the best camping spot is up by the entrance.

Chatsworth😁 That paint looks like Cavendish Green to me🤣

It’s a lovely old Site, easy mile stroll into Leyburn. Think it’s an old quarry, the Limekilns are a feature. The restored railway runs along the bottom.

I've tried to keep track of the photos that have been identified, as best as I can - I've edited in the 'answer' in each case. Don't know how long I can keep this up.. 🤣🤣

Only a guess, but is Brue’s Bromyard Downs?

Possibly Cirencester?

Hillhead?

Brue, might that be Haycraft, Swanage?

Yes spot on, the only site I've seen with two doubled lane roundabouts. One of the best sites we've been on but found the whole area very expensive for eating out and most towns didn't even have a chip shop.

The approach road, you can just spot the green club sign if you follow the while lines, and on site. One of the signs might give a clue.

Here's a site that is more like a wooded site in France except for the 'pegs'. Cath and her Kindle seeeking shade from a late summer heatwave. A hilly site best suited to able-bodied walkers, it's a site of explosive interest!

TTDA, picture on pg 13: I just wonder if it might be Blackshaw Moor, on the Leek - Buxton Road? I can remember a site road running at the bottom of the site with just a line of trees separating the pitches from the main road. The serviced pitches higher up.

Too easy Brue! The explosive bit gave it away.
How about this one?
