    "Vessels constrained by their draft" and all that. Worst bit of flouting of the 'power gives way to sail rule' I saw was during Cowes Week some years back. A fleet was crossing east to west towards the RYS finish line and a small coaster exiting Cowes harbour just ploughed through the lot of them without any variation of course or speed. It was just sheer "bloody mindedness" as he wasn't constrained by his draft.

    Just as well probably. If they were that inept, should they be let loose on the continent.
