Check in for BF Santander with dog

Can anyone advise which check in booth to use if you have a dog? we were caught out at Bilbao and had to reverse the caravan to change booths.

    Oh dear doesn't seem like anyone does who is on the forum knows. It might be an idea to ring BF to ask as it's not an experience I expect you want to repeat! Alternatively maybe you will find personnel to ask on the day?

    Not used Santander for some time, but i seem to recall that some nice person came and stuck a sticker on your window indicating you had a dog onboard and then when it came to do check in you were directed to the appropiate booth, and i seem to recall same procedure at all BF ports, i guess only some booths have the chip scan machine undecided
