I need to change a ferry booking ASAP I made through the club. The ferry operator says I have to make the amendment through the club, the club holiday booking telephone lines only operate during weekday working hours…. Not helpful.

    That’s a good reason for booking direct.

    That seems to have always been the case with Club ferry/tunnel bookings. One would have thought the Club could come to an agreement with the companies to allow Club customers to amend direct. They would of course miss out on the amendment fee!!!!

    Flatcoat, I first hit my head on that brickwall in 1981 when I needed to get home urgently from France on a Sunday, but in more recent years the Club began to issue a Brittany Ferries phone number (printed on the booking confirmation) to use during hours when Club offices were closed. But perhaps your booking is with a different ferry company?
