On board water tank not filling on my Lunar Delta

Lunar delta ti, on board water tank not filling, any ideas welcome.

    Are you pumping it from a container using a submersible pump? If so, have you got the 12v feed to the pump turned on? Has the system worked previously?

    Hi , yes everything was good and it just stopped. we have replaced solenoid and  checked on board waterpump and everything checks out ok but not working.

    If you are using a plug in submersible pump, I would suspect the fault lies with that. Otherwise, I’m afraid I’m out of ideas.

    Any 12V fuses to check? 

    There are mobile caravan engineers who will come out if you're on site.

    Thank you but that's fine . When pump on has power loss but can't find out where. Did have a caravan repair man look at it he said solenoid so we raplaced it . Out if ideas now. Thank you

    Is there any chance that the water tank filling settings on the control panel have changed since the solenoid was replaced?

    Hi, we know its a power problem but cant find out where. Probably have to go into a repair shop. Thank you
