App sorry an error has occurred

Apologies if posted incorrectly. I haven't used this forum before and can't work out how to view the existing discussion threads. 

Problems with IOS app since Saturday. Trying to view existing bookings. It just says "sorry an error has occurred - unable to continue ". I am running the latest version available on the Apple app store. Have restarted the app. Have rebooted the phone. 

Still getting issue 3 days later. 

Works OK I login via safari browser on my mac.

    Not just you, looks like an issue with the App. I am finding the same on both iPad and iphone.

    Same problem on IOS, but seems to be an annoyance rather than affecting function.

    Good luck finding a club pitch this side of September, I don’t think there are many!

    I’m also having problems with the app. Contacted CAMC via web chat and was told that they were unaware of any issues but would forward our chat to their IT department who would get back to me via email. That was two days ago had nothing yet.

    Why do glitches with CAMC IT stuff not surprise me?

     ....  That was two days ago had nothing yet. 

    Maybe they've replied by Snail Mail or Carrier Pigeon  😉

    Had this error a few times. I just sign out and back in again to clear.

    Sorry assumed you were stuck in "signed in" I just use back button and eventually find log out.

    Just had a go on the App, normally use the website so have not been on it for some time. It had my name at the top so looked as though I was signed in, however when I tried to access my bookings the App crashed. Opened it again and name still at top, so apparently logged in. This time did a search which worked but all the CL’s had a button log in to see address. Touching this brought up the log in screen and after entering my details everything worked OK. Personally if I can’t get Apps working after multiple attempts I delete them and reinstall. It usually works. I think the only data stored on the App that you would loose, is any favourites.

    Just tried a moment ago.  Couldn't get on the first time around, but OK the second time.

    I do sometimes find there is a problem if you want to book via the app.  Just as you are wanting to book it sometimes asks you to sign in again.  The last time this happened I ended up going to the main site.  I do find the app useful if you want to find serviced pitches..... it's possible to search for vacant serviced pitches within a 100 radius.
