Irish and English Passports
I am Irish with an Irish Passport my husband is English with an English Passort. We live in England and go abroad in our English registered motorhome for months at a time (Covid permitting). With Brexit and the 90 days rule out of 180 what are the rules for us? I guess I can stay longer than 90 days so can he if he is with me? Or do I have to send him home (Yay!).

What is an English passport? I've never come across one, unless you know something we in Wales or Scotland don't. But in all seriousness the duel nationality option may be the best. As far as the vehicle being registered in UK is concerned the biggest problem may be insurance and driving license restrictions in a no deal scenario.

I note nobody has answered about the dog!!
We too have the same question as our spaniel travels on a French pet passport and according to APHA (Animal and Plant Health Agency) the need for the Animal Health Certificate for the animal to travel to the EU with you, and back, only applies to animals travelling on a UK pet passport. It says an EU Pet passport is valid for entry back into the UK.
I have sent APHA an email seeking clarification and will update here as and when (and if) I get a reply.
Festive best wishes

I would think you could get your husband dual nationality as other have said. Lucky him. You can still send him home though .
Vehicle registration and insurance is irrelevant although it may cause you to be checked at the border as you transit in and out of Europe. Just make sure you have relevant documents with you.

I dont think there is such a thing as a British one either. They are UK passports.

A Lincolnshire Passport seems an interesting idea.

You are correct - and much has been said.
BUT ... for the sake of clarification only - the information supplied by ValDa and also on the Government web does not answer the question - "do you need an AHC if your pet travels on a Pet Passport issued in the EU?"
The rules stated only it seems apply to an animal travelling on a Pet Passport issued in the UK. As mentioned, let us see what the reply back from the Authorities is.
We shall see .....!!

As promised a reply from APHA - who confirms as follows ....
If the pet has a passport issued by any other country in the EU other than the UK - then to leave the UK and enter continental Europe (France, Spain, Netherlands etc) then the animal even though they may be "residing" in the UK - does not need an AHC.
Saves us a few hundred pounds for 3 annual European Trips as and when we can travel.
