Hi - I'm looking to book a campsite in France and it would be really helpful to view all campsites on a map but I can't find this on caravanclub.co.uk; am I missing a link somewhere - if so could someone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks very much.

On my pad when you go into book an overseas site, there is a map on the right hand side of the screen, mostly covered by an advert that you have to close. Tap on the map to zoom in to individual sites and they appear in the panel on the left. It does not run very smoothly on my pad, however that could be down to its age and the fact it really needs replacing.

Nick, when are you intending to go to France?  If you can avoid July and early August there is no need to book at all and you can tour in a way that impossible in this country.

Nick, Camping France.com will show you all French campsites, region by region on maps - for instance for Brittany they can show you 766 sites on an interactive map which allows you to zoom in on detailed places. And the same applies for other regions of France with nearly 9000 campsites on maps. You need not restrict yourself to the limited number of sites which this Club can book for you.

Have a look at the ACSI UK Site even if you don`t intend to purchase a card you can view  maps of campsites throughout Europe

There are campsites just about everywhere. I would suggest deciding where you want to go and your route and then start searching for sites by just putting Camping ( name of Town) into Google and then looking at the google map - it will show all the sites in the area you are interested in and then you can start looking at their websites to make your choice.
