    The site clearly has stability issues and I can’t help thinking that someone pointlessly liking posts at the rate of 5 or 6 a minute for at least half an hour at a time on a regular basis can’t be helping the situation.

    Anyone want to report my post to bring it to attention?

    I'm looking in via Latest Activity which so far has not showed server errors. Haven't looked at Late Availability, hope that's improved too?

    Nope, it is still as bad if not worse. I haven't been able to look at my CT profile for weeks, it always comes up server error. It is dreadfully slow tonight and if locking threads is thought to help, it doesn't.

    I've been getting that server error too with my CT profile for quite some time.  CT also seems even slower tonight than it already was.  You really have to have a lot of patience and perseverance.

    Late Availability hasn’t improved I’m afraid. Burrs Country park went from zero pitches for this weekend, up to 34 the following day, down to zero again and now back up in the 30s.

    Perhaps some overnight updating that went wrong.😖  When I tried to go on last night about 10:30 it was down for maintenance. First thing this morning it was up and running but didn't want to let me log on. Then about 9:30 the down for maintenance banner was up again.

    after eventually being able to get onto the website it appears that the IT lot have eventually cracked it & made a slow site even slower! 😯😯

    well there we go, the site is slower after the "mainanance". I don't know who or how they do it but they haven't got a clue what they are doing.

    It certainly doesn't seem fixed today. Sometimes the pages are loading very quickly, other times it is taking several minutes,☹️ I can foresee a bit of essential maintenance.

    It's not updating fast enough, so a post goes through but doesn't appear quickly, there's a continuing time lag.

    I only use the forum occasionally as it it just too frustrating to wait 20 seconds for every action. I really cannot think of any other website which is this bad and I know it’s not my WiFi as we have fast optical fibre broadband. The whole thing needs to be rebuilt.

     I was going to suggest that everyone who was unhappy with the performance of the forum should pose a question to the DG during Club Week. Then I realised that Rowena posted the information on the 1st October but the deadline for questions was the 2nd of October so its likely most people would miss the opportunity. Second fallback might be the AGM?

    Almost 12 hours of maintenance and it still doesn't show my post until several minutes after I posted it.☹️👎

    I have never known a website have so much downtime maintenance, and then so little to show for it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    If it was a living thing then euthanasia would be appropriate.

     and I still cannot look at my CT profile. Whatever they are doing they appear to be struggling and getting nowhere. I only know one other site that comes in for a bit of stick and that is nowhere as bad as this one.
