Has anyone used Camping Riva Bella Caen recently. I have been trying to contact them by both email and telephone and have had no response as I want to change a booking with them to next year.  I have asked them for vouchers which they say on their website can be issued.

    Someone on UKCampsite said they stayed overnight there heading home on 22 August 2020 and were one of only two caravans there -  and then just one other caravan arrived on the late evening ferry from Portsmouth. Perhaps the managers are not bothering to reply to enquiries because they are in deep despair, or haven't needed to go into the office since then.

    I think the best way to contact them is by dealing with camping card.

    Thank you all I will keep trying it is the first time I have had difficulty corresponding with them usually they respond quite quickly.
