Brittany COVID Regulations

Interesting to read all the contributions from my original post. Would just say that if anyone is planning to go to Brittany then it might be worthwhile making contact with the Tourist Information in their particular area. Yesterday I made contact with the TI in Perros Guirec and the regulations there at the moment are that face coverings are obligatory at all times in all situations with the exception of when you are on the beach. This includes coastal and island walks such as Perros Guirec to Tregastel and including all promenades.

Doesn't sound like a lot of fun.
Brother lives about 20 kms south of Dinan and has just been in touch. He reports the usual rush to Brittany and the Med by the populace of big cities such as Paris. Many have second homes there. In it's way it's a mirror image of Cornwall.
He's advised us to stay away but that might just be a "brotherly thing".

OK Rufs, so would you care to help me clear my confusion and tell us what you we re referring to when you mentioned Salcombe?
Apologies for this drift unless, of course, there is a link to Covid restrictions in Brittany.
