I notice that visitors are no longer allowed on club sites, what would the situation be if you wanted extra guests to join you for a couple of days when you are on site for a longer period, I realise that you would have to pay the normal fees for them when they are there.

I can see no problem if they are staying overnight. You could phone the telephone booking station and amend your booking to include them for the required nights.

I cannot see a problem ,just amend your booking for the days they will be staying overnight ,ps their vehicle will need to be left in the site car park unless thereis room for them on your pitch which of will entail an additional charge

Extra guests are fine as we have a handle on numbers per unit in case of track and trace. Visitors are transient, we often have no idea who is coming and going as members either don’t inform the office of visitors or visitors don’t make themselves known when they arrive. As we cannot keep track of visitors it has been decided that visitors are not allowed on site for the time being.
