If as you say the pump is running all the time and no water coming through it sounds like there is air getting into the system. The most likely cause is the connector to the caravan not fitting correctly or the 'O' rings need replacing. Disconnect the connector, check and clean the 'O' rings with a little Olive Oil and generally give the connection point a good clean. I carry spare 'O' rings as this has happened to me before! If you need to replace the 'O' rings they are widely available in Europe through any caravan/motorhome dealer. Hope this helps.

Thanks all your help
last September the pump that goes in the aqua roll stopped working so bought a new one (was able to check it was this as away with friend and plugged his one in and worked)
so not used long to wear the rings
will take it apart and clean

Good luck. I based my suggestion on two things: firstly, continual running of pump with no water coming through; and secondly, that it worked, you filled aquaroll and then problem started.
Just had a quick thought. Put pump into aquaroll with pump disconnected from caravan then plug into caravan side. Might help.

I based my suggestion on "Can’t not see water coming out anywhere (had seats up and under sinks)", meaning no water coming out where it shouldn't, ie leaking.
So to repeat, if water is coming out of the taps as it should then check the pressure switch. Oh, and make sure the drain valve is closed.

I have been at this site(camping javea) since Thursday and used a aqua roll full to empty no problem only when I refilled did the problem occur first thought was a leak somewhere
ok so I have pressed reset and blown through the pump pipes
what I have found is on the panel with pump off disconnected the pump from caravan plug pump back in on panel click pump on it says pump ready. When a tap is turned on then off the pump keep running
this might help?

A few things I would check.
make sure that the filter on the bottom of the pump is clear.
try having a look in the aquaroll while the pump is running to see if the water is circulating ie, there is a problem with the hose from the pump to the whale socket. Check it for a split or hole.

OK. Let's get back to basics. We assume no water coming through at all and when taps turned off pump still runs. There is either a leak - you say not, or there is air getting into the system; I favour the later. My guess is still with the pump and its connection to the caravan. Have you done what Freedom suggests? Did you insert the pump back into the aquaroll whilst disconnected from the caravan side? Might seem odd but try switching pump on and off a few times. If all else fails, have you got caravan breakdown covering faults in caravan (ie Red Pennant)? Might be worth giving them a call. They usually put you through to a techie who will talk you through suggestions before getting someone to come to you. If no insurance you may have to call a local techie out. Camping Javea, big site; any other campers there who may help, the Dutch are usually very helpful and as you know all caravanners like to assist someone in trouble.
Run out of ideas now, sorry. Good luck hope you get it solved.

Thanks to you all
have tried all that suggested. When I came across by ferry 5th July red pennant weren’t taking any new business (really helpful that was😡) went with Saga breakdown
ferry back 7th August so will live with it hopping it will right it self As I said if I turn off the pump and switch it back on it says pump ready then when I turn on a tap then turn it off the pump keeps running so I will have to switch it off and on after use

I think it’s very unlikely to be an air problem with a submersible pump unless the pump is actually out of the water. You normally only get air issues on the suction side of pumps.
Reading Comeyras post, made me think if it was possible to borrow a pump from a fellow caravaner / Motorhomer on site. That way it would help to prove the pump side of the system.
the whale IC controller (yellow box) is a add on to the rear of the pressure switch. It’s fiction is to protect the pump from burning out in a run dry situation and smooth out the water flow. Basically it does this by monitoring the current draw through the pump. It also lets the pump run on for a few seconds after the water flow has stopped. This could be your fault and it’s just not switching itself off. Have you tried resetting it by using the setting button on the unit ? ( procedure is on line and very easy to follow).
