We have a 1993 Lunar Delta with a Carver Cascade Rapide water heater, does anyone know if this will just run off electric or does it need both gas and electric to work?  Thanks

I did have one in the early nineties, but forgive me if my memory is a bit off.  You need 12volt electric supply to work the controller on the wall and fire up the gas.  If there is a mains element fitted it will have a 240 supply cable going to the hot tank and an on/off switch probably somewhere close. That's how I remember it anyway.  Mind you I'd be amazed if it all still works.

Also I think there might be a reset button for if you switch it on with no water in the tank.

I believe you can/could get a replacement  but I can't remember the make.
