I had a phone call today from a caravan club site I was booked into on 3rd & 4th July. They advised I needed to amend the booking to cancel the 3rd (this I knew via a CC email). I went onto express my concern at the situation; a site full of people rocking up at once on a potentially dangerous stretch of road. 

The warden advised me I could book my arrival slot from 9am, which I did, I I then went onto book my pitch, discussed at length as I've a puppy now, she cancelled my booking for the 3rd and took my payment. 

She went through the toilet block situation and the arrival procedure and it was all excellent service.

    You have been  advised as all those arriving on the fourth wiil be  of an arrival time and payment advisewink
