Devon & Cornwall Sites

Just logged in to have a look (rather optimistically perhaps) at availability in Club Sites around Devon and Cornwall for this September and to my surprise the Region and all the sites within it have disappeared off the Book a Club Site area of the website. All other sites in the network are still there.

I'm confused - or have I made schoolboy error?

    I've also done a trial check with no sites found.  I'll alert HQ and see if they come up with a response for you.

    Update: I just checked the Site Booker app on my mobile (android). The Devon and Cornwall sites are all there but I am unable to login as the app tells me that either I am already logged in (I'm not) or the session has expired (it never started).

    I suspect a few gremlins with both the website and the app due to lack of staff, presumably furloughed.

    Cornwall will be off limits for a few months yet!

    Hi HowieT,

    I'm sorry you are having problems accessing sites in Devon and Cornwall. We are aware of this issue.

    Devon and Cornwall now appear on the Map search and appear in the counties/regions section. There are a few other issues we are still working on and hopefully the sites should be bookable later this morning.

    All working now, thanks all involved. Fingers crossed that we'll all be able to travel and use C&MHC sites soon. smile

    Hi Howie 

    Yes, I can confirm that all 44 missing sites (not just Devon and Cornwall) are now appearing as expected. 

    We had hoped the database cache flush that runs at 3am would've resolved this after we republished the sites yesterday evening. 

    Apologies this took longer to fix than expected.
